Hey guys, not sure if anyone even remembers me, I wasn't much of a player of minis, just collected and loved my maps :) and we would have never met as I either lived in NZ or back here where I am again in Australia. I finally got the collection out again the other night and had another game and it was GREAT!

So what have I missed? What awesome new maps have come out? What v-sets have come out and which were the best? I see there was a cantina one which sounds interesting.

I have recently got into the x-wing miniatures game which is pretty good too. Having that game along with SW minis means my life is complete surely! ThumpUp

I do think I probably need to prune my minis down a little as I really won't ever use them all but looking fwd to getting to finally play them especially as my oldest daughter is almost 13 and likes SW so I'm sure she will get into it now.

Hope you are all ahppy and well, if we ever transacted before say hi here! BigGrin

Welcome back brother! Glad to have another gamer on especially from down under! There has been a change of gambit from 5 to 10 and it's with 10 points now. And also check out this link for some excellent new maps, if we can get it to $6000 there will be even more maps!

Newest map pack will be printed in a month or 2 probably. Funding window ends in a couple weeks:

Previous maps can be found at Miniature Market if they aren't out of stock.

Vset stats can all be browsed here on bloomilk.

When did you go to the Outer Rim? That might help us narrow down some events for you.

Hi all! Yes have seen the kickstarter...wish i had the extra $300 and I could finally get Matt to make me the Kashyyyk Beachhead I've always bugged him about ;). Good question jew3, it was a dusty little world called Jimblebar, lots of red dirt and dry land.

Kashyyyk beachhead has been made by Cpekstra... or something like that. Not a standard map by any extreme. But it's out there... let me look for a link.

EDIT...
Nope, it was by a guy going by "ELI".

Yes I remember those maps. I divided them up and printed them out on A4 sheets on my home printer and stuck them together. The Dagobah map is a really good one. But that Kashyyyk doesn't really cut it, not like the actual beachhead.

As a bit of trivia I communicated with Eli a few times about maps. Eli was a she, and she was from Germany! :)

Depending on how long you were away ...

There is a great, active group in NZ that has built up a good number of players and are keeping the game going.

Lol juice man, yeah just a mine site, I wasn't permanently living there...though it felt like it. More just like I dropped off the radar of the mini world for a while.
