Week 201...and we are kicking off class "COLOSSALS 201". (hopefully this hasn't been done before!) We all love the huge characters in this game, even if most are not playable, but sadly there is only one Colossal character: AT-AT. The idea is to change that number! So let's come up with some good ideas for some characters that are epically colossal... No limit on abilities/powers/etc...only stipulation is the base size has to be Colossal.
1. The character must be canonical to either of the Canon or Legends continuities but must be from the chosen faction when required. They can have affinity, but the character must start in the chosen faction.
2. You may update any existing versions you already have and/or create a new one. You may update/create several versions of the character but you must ultimately select 1 you wish to run with. (this must be done by the schedule below)
3. Place a hyperlink in this forum to make it easier to find your character. You can just post the stats or image here but if changes are needed it would be easier (and save space) if you just used a Hyperlink (If you don't know how to post Hyperlinks in a forum setting please ask and we will help you. It's not hard )
4. Voting works as follows, pick your three favorite customs based on accuracy to the character, design, balance or whatever you decide makes the best incarnation of the challenge character. First place receives 3 points, 2nd place receives 2 points, and 3rd place receives 1 point.
5. You do not have to enter the contest in order to vote. But unless you enter you must have at least 10 forum posts.
6. To make things fair you must vote in order to win the contest. You must choose three characters entered in the contest and you may not rate or vote for your own character.
7. The winner will be decided by how many points they receive. Ties will be broken by most 1st place votes, then if still tied, 2nd place votes and then 3rd place votes. If still tied, then the outcome is a tie.
8. You may not change or update the entered character AFTER the deadline.
You will have until Wednesday, December 30th, 2020 @8pm EST to get your submissions in. Anything submitted after this point will not be included in the voting.
Voting will start at 8pm Wednesday evening and end at 11pm EST on Thursday, December 31th, 2020. (kicking off the new year COLOSSALLY!)
At the conclusion of the voting the scores will be tallied and the winner will start a new topic with their choice of theme.

Extending into Wednesday 1/6. (I think everyone had too much time off over the holidays to play on Vassal and now they are catching up!) The huge one is just not big enough... Mature Krayt DragonNote: I wanted to do the Junk Golem from fighting Kazdan in the Force Unleashed game...but I will have to play it again to remember what all it did.

1. GG - I love this concept. Could work for several Unique ships. The mobile home base idea is great.
2. FA - I don't know this creature and it was hard to chose between this and Hukaberry's Krayte. However, the simple design of this makes it a really appealing piece for being epic.
3. IYHB - Great job. I really like this piece and it was a close tie for 2nd place. I would have dropped triple and tried to find some sort of swallow attack option. Chomp is close but this guy could eat several 4pt tuskens in one swoop. Your build would at least need splash or GMA to represent that.

1 - GG...same as Adam...it brings a new dynamic into the game. I could see this granting other things like healing while transporting as well. 2 - FA...I loved the Zillo Beast in the CW series. 3 - AB...I'm actually not familiar with the Gorax...?
As for my colossal...I will have to tweak after the CCC is over as I'd love to have my buddies square up against it and see how it does. I will post it up after I tweak it.
Would love to see more colossal type characters for non-competition skirmishes. Very scenario based, but I think they could be a ton of fun.

He's from Ewoks, Caravan of Courage. He's like a several story tall Bigfoot. He captures the Towani kid's parents- the Towani kid's (mace and cindel) are both vset pieces.

3rd Adam, A pretty good spread of abilities here and the stomp is of course excellent. I do think he is going to have a bit of trouble with ranged characters but hey it is a scenerio-style piece
2nd FA, The Zillo Beast you created is pretty slick. I like that you went for a simple approach and the size. I do think he needs some more wordlng to clarify his interaction with walls
1st IYHB, I really like the concept of your piece and think you did a great job evoking that scene in The Mandalorian here. Awesome job!
