My choice is Mousers. It seems like the most versatile of all of the choices. TBSV and R7 are up the too.

Mouse Droid without a doubt. "Mouse-amedda" has made a big difference in factions with limited CE spread.

Going by the secondary market, Mouse wins hands down.
I went for Whorm though - I think he brings so many old pieces back into play for the Seps (including some old fringe pieces). I hope his CE does not spread to other factions (specific to troopers or something is OK, just not the followers and droids power).
All the ones on this list have had big impacts on the game in their own way. Overall, a pretty solid year despite all the apprehensions about the 40-pieces sets.

Agreed completely and for the same reasons, while he brings characters like Grievous's wheelbike, Darth Maul on Speeder, and even some of the dooku's back into the realm of playability I hope and pray this giving twin attack doesn't spread to the other factions. It would be disastrous. At least with the seps they already had it for the most part and the only ones it's really boosting are fringe and the sep heroes (the latter of which SORELY needed a boost). He's like their Quigon

sooo many great ones in '09 maybe we should divide them by rarity, then it'll be closer to comparing apples to apples(a fun game BTW)

Rieekan for me, Totally shifted the Meta into a new dynamic, was a key in 7/8 top GenCon squads. Yes, so were Mice, but in most squads tey were used as activation control and not primarily for their Relay.

The best for me had to be GMLS, why he is just fun. I don't play tourneys I just play for enjoyment(something lost in minis now a days). But it's fun to drop that fig on the board and see people go o man he is a bad a$$. but I know you can make a better squad with other figs but he he just fun.
