Nice. Went straight to Zuckuss. Not as bit of an upgrade as I hoped, statwise. But SNARE RIFLE!!!! That is going to be a nasty ability. Not even a save, just dependendant on his rather low attack.
Dengar has some healthy stats, if not much in SAs. The Rodians are great. A 3 pt piece with an actual attack rating? A 10 pt Triple Shooter? Nice. And the Elite Trandoshan is crazy. Add in some Deadeye, and he can dish out 90! Heck add in Jabba and it goes to 110. Maybe Whorm for another 80. Not bad, not bad...

The E-Trand Merc may be fun to play with Pawn. Lose 10 HPs and just tear into someone.
Glad to see Dengar. Still not sold on Final Shot (Sp?). Just to stand there and do +30 add'l when you can find abilities that can almost boost him to do enough damage without it.
Zuck may be fun. The snared isn't considered activated by the def'n. So they can still attack and do stuff, just not move. Oh, and another Bounty Hunter without the BH Special Ability.

Thank Shinja Snare Rifle can completely screw over Melee, Gallopers, or Strafers. Even Mobile and Greater Mobile can get really hurt, since the can no longer run away. It is a very powerful ability. That said, Zuckuss goes into Quizod squads as well for the +4 Atk. Should be very fun...

Zuckuss' Fringe Anticipation is a first. There are better forms of init control, obviously, but it has its uses. I'm thinking Rebel Kazdan squads...
Also, I'm pretty sure Zuckuss has a Bounty Hunter ability... I'll get back to you on that.

He will have to go into something that boosts Atk. He looks good with Inquisator's CE.

I have to say I'm really liking this set alot. I think for the most part the figs look great. The paint jobs are nice. I went through the set. It stopped at 39 and wouldn't load in 40 for me.

Wish he had Twin on his own (but I guess that is what Whorm is for). Snare Rifle is a great SA, but I'm not sure I'm sold on him. Accurate and Intuition are fantastic, but I really wish he had more damage output for that cost. Those two Rodians are awesome. I like the Elite Trando. Finally a Merc that can work with Nym. That said, I've always hated the Mercenary ability. As for Dengar, the base stats are great, but you are paying out the nose for Final Shot. If those are his only SAs, I'm disappointed. My thoughts on the BH updates - not all that impressed. The new SAs are fun, but that's about it. These guys aren't anything special. I expected more from this famous group of BHs.

It doesn't make sense for zuckuss, BH to not have bounty hunter, and Dengar, Hired Killer to have it lol.
I still think the crusader and jedi hunter droid are the best figures in the set.

I like Dengar, and have some fun theme squads with him in mind...
Although I would have liked Accurate Shot or Sniper (although it would have been getting more powerful then...)
But I really like the EG-05 sculpt. Custom Iron Knights anyone?

Because there are two many pieces with Evade/LS Deflect/etc. any more, such that one shot with that kind of damage is often not enough to actually kill anybody. Even with the 50 damage, there's a 50/50 chance the piece will still live. Dengar has to give up his entire turn in order to take that shot, which means he'll get pummeled in return. I'll use the old Dengar, BH over this one I'm afraid. Definitely sad to say that. Dengar is one of my favorites, so I was really hoping for something a little more interesting with this one. Now...Zuckuss on the other hand....holy crap. If he does have BH +4 that will really make the difference. Even without it, he's not bad. Sithbord is definitely right that he'll fit in well in a Quizod squad for the extra +4. I love how Snare Rifle works though. That will have some serious repercussions on people. Crazy that it looks like it works on all sizes of pieces as well. Will definitely be waiting to see the Rules Insert for further clarification on that one. Like, I want to know what happens if you hit two or more targets? Who decides what order they are allowed to move in? Does it mean you can activate them earlier in the round to do their attack(s), and then make their moves at the end of the round? Definitely need some more clarification on it. Either way though, Zuckuss will definitely find his way into plenty of my squads. Intuition AND Anticipation AND Snare Rifle AND Accurate is an incredible combination. And Force Sense and Anticipation for all factions is absolutely awesome. Will definitley be nice for Rebel Kazdan squads. Not that it will make it top tier, necessarily, but it will give the Rebel versions of that squad access to Anticipation, which you could only get through Qui-Gon JM before. The Elite Trando Merc is pretty solid too. Should work well in a swap squad. Perhaps Nym with Mith'rawn? Nice to see a non-Unique Trando who can actually make decent use of his Regen 10 too, lol.

My interpretation of Snare Rifle is that it is worded to prevent them from moving THIS round, but to allow movement in the inbetween area between rounds (Surprise Move/Intuition). Of course, that is just a guess, and I await the FAQ. Still, Zuckuss may not have the huge stat boost I was hoping for (though 20 Def rocks), he is still a great, great piece.
I do like the Pawn idea. Pawn and swap with Sidious. Also, don't forget that Nym only gives them Rapport, since Double and Double Claw do not stack/work together.
