Galactica would be in a lot of trouble. The battlestar armor is more for solid rounds and munitions the energy beams from Star Destroyer turbolaser would do massive damage. The more interesting fight would be seeing the Vipers vs. TIE Fighters

yes i agree the Vipers vs the TIE fighter would be an interesting fight. I have alwaysed like the way the vipers fly, unlike most space films or shows the Vipers and other ships dont fly in a stright line which seems logical because there is no gravity in space, which means they can move in any direction easier then a TIE fighter. Although the TIE fighter have lazers which could mean one hit DEAD.

Turbolasers would pretty much melt the armored hull of the ship. Not too sure about how well regular TIE fighters would fare against a viper though. Now if those were TIE interceptors that'd be another story.
Vader won't be be doing anything really. (Maybe communicate with the other ship and choke their leadership to death?)

if they get past the shields, TIE fighters, and other gadgets on the ship, Vader would use the force to bring the ship down.

I would say eventually the SD would win. It would beat the BG, the Vipers would beat the Ties(maybe) and SD vs. Vipers=Vipers die

the silliness of this scenario would fracture the time/space continuum and there fore three version of the Enterprise (Archer, Pichard & Kirk)would drop out of warp and blast 'em both to bits

Torpedoes that may not even effect the Executor, but will bounce off the shields.

id say torpedoes would be pretty effective. 3 enterprises may not have as many laser batteries as the Executor, which does put them at a disadvantage. but I'm assuming a trek torpedo is similar to a star wars torpedo, and if youve read X-wing, you know full well the extent of damage torpedoes can cause. and the Enterprise can fire torpedoes in a much more rapid secession than a unit of X-Wings.

Yeah, and if you've read X-Wing, you know they were Proton Torpedoes against a Star Destroyer. the Executor is a Super-class Star Destroyer, worth 12 SD's. 3 Salvos, and the Enterprises are toast.

super star destroyers arent all they are hyped up to be. yes they are quite powerful, if there is only one it still suffers in battle when outnumbered. Photon torpedoes cant be that dissimilar to Proton torpedoes to be deemed ineffective against a SSD. Keep in mind the Executors encounter with three Enterprises happens after its battle with the Battlestar, not including any amount of remaining vipers.
To make more things complicated a trans-dimensional shift could occur and get a fleet of Ha'tak cruisers involved.

Don't forget, one of the Enterprises has James T Kirk. A fully functional Executor wouldn't stand a chance.

There would be support ships left with the Executor as well. It carries 144 Ties, a mix of interceptors, bombers, and fighters. It has up to 200 additional support craft. Vader plus an experienced commander, assuming it's Piett, not Ozzel. It has more then a thousand weapons, including concussion missles, turbolasers, ion cannons, plenty of shields, and multiple tractor beams. If the Enterprises can't move, they will die quickly. If they pull the Enterprises into docking bays, the 38,000 trained troops aboard the Executor, would storm the Enterprises. They could just pull the Enterprises close to the ship, and they would be afraid to fire Photon torpedoes, for fear of hitting themselves, from the "massive explosion" the torpedoes wold create. Heck, if Vader wanted to be cheap, he could comm up Kirk(you know he always answers the comm) and choke him to death like he did Ozzel.
