I know we dropped them as a sponsor on gamers because too many folks that had ordered the $89 preorder special they had been running was not working well for the customers. Some were not even getting theirs.

I am sorry to here that. I hope everything works out and you get your minis.

I cannot say much about Coolstuff as I dont use them because I get tired of their price changing habits after I have ordered from them.

Yeah, I've only heard bad things from Popular Collections. I avoid them like the plague. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

In regards to Coolstuff, they are a very reputable site. You will get your stuff on time. If you have any problems, they have great customer service. I do, however, get tired of their prices. Their customer rewards discount rarely offsets the higher pricing.

I'm a fan of Miniature Market or Auggies. They are both solid places to order minis/cases from.

Keep on them. You already paid, so they owe you product. If they can't deliver, pursue it through your financial institution. You can't let them get away with fraud.

MiniatureMarket.com is where I always go.
They never let me down, and they're Case prices are AWESOME!
I recommend them over Coolstuff anyday.
Dnemiller is right when he talks about fluctuation in prices, they are ridiculous when it comes to consistency. When BH came out, I had no choice but to buy the complete Mando set from Coolstuff with extras for 80$ (way too much). 2 days later, my friend who I just got into the game wanted the same set. Coolstuff was asking for 105$ !!
I have not done business with them since, and I'm better for it.

When I ordered from popularcollections, it took them 9 days before they even shipped it and that was after I emailed them when they hadn't shipped it for week. So, expect it to take 2 weeks +. At least that's how long it took for them to get it to me.

You cannot go wrong with Miniature Market for cases. They are on top of things.

I would have ordered DT from them, but our LGS owner gave us a really good price on cases so I had to support the store. It was the honorable thing to do. BlooMilk

If I remember correctly, PopularCollections for IE opened cases for singles first which delayed the shipping of people's sealed cases. Which makes little sense since thier prices are bad for all but the single preorders that haven't been established as chase yet.

Decided to pre-order a case late Sunday night.

Cost was about the same as most of the inexpensive places plus shipping.

But I recognized the store as being one I've been to before, about 2-3 hours away.

So I went with that store, in part because the cheapest shipping would still mean a fast delivery, but also so they'd be 'within reach' if something did go wrong! Laugh

Just checked and to my surprise it looks like the case will arrive today. Woot

I ordered a case from Alter reality games. They claim it will arrive by friday, which I think is unlikely considering it must cross the atlantic. Would be awesome if it did though. It was also pretty cheap. INcluding packaging it is costing me £10 cheaper than other cases from other websites i looked one.

From what I've heard in the past, people get their cases but usually about two weeks after the release...

I ordered from there as well. Looks like they sent out purchases on Monday, so all you'll be waiting on is customs.

so far no change in order status for me.

This was the first set I did not preorder cases...regrettably.
However, for the last 6 sets, I've preordered my cases from Popular Collections. Most are right in saying that you'll get them anywhere from 1 day after but up to 2-3 weeks after. You have to be patient and email them. I found that if you email them, they tend to respond quicker to you. BlooMilk

I have always got the product from them...sometimes late though.

One tournament I ordered from Altereality Games near Cleveland, OH and they had them shipped directly to me and not to their store. EVERY time I've dealt with them they have rocked! Definitely buy from them without fear. ThumpUp

Awesome. I calculated the shipping wrong and so I thought it was gonna be free at first. So that was £67 for a case...YES PLEASE!! But then I emailed to see if that was for real and he explained that I calculated wrong, but it didn't push the price up much. I will definately be ordering some more cases from them in the future.
