What does everyone consider a fair amount of time for someone to reply to a trade offer?

2 weeks. After that I send another request just to see if they are interested or not. If I don't hear back at all, then chalk it up to a no-go.
Also, it helps to put in your message that you would like them to respond one way or the other. Something simple like "Please let me know" will suffice. It really does help. ;)

Just offer the trade and then say let me know in X days, that way you're not waiting around to long.

I don't log in often, so I've missed some good trades. All that can be said is- The person offering the trade should wait a time that feels right to them. For us slowpokes: we can't complain.

I log on quite a bit, but send and receive a lot of Bloo mail so sometimes I lose track and have to go thru it. It took me a couple day's to get back with 3 guy's due to my mail being crowded. I replied and let them know I haven't forgotten them. Me, I would give them a few day's week or so maybe 2 , ya never know, something could have come up at home or something.
