both leave feedback if both parties are satisfied.
You both still were parties to a trade. If both parties are satified that a good trade occurred then it should be registered by both.

Both should leave feedback because they were both involved in the trade/sale.

Do the same "lowest GTL rating ships first" rules apply?

I know for me i have the 2nd highest rank of GTL refs & if i did a trade with a user previously & i know them to where i have some trust, then myself personally i would do a simul send. But i guess when it comes to buying/selling then again would be completely up to the parties involved.

Wait they or you are shipping money? No way in a million years would I do that even if it was a check. This is why the maker gave us paypal. If you are the one paying for the minis then you can use paypal and if the minis sender doesn't deliver then you get your money back. If you are the minis guy then you have peace knowing you already have the money. Everyone wins. No better way than that and the only method I would ever use.

Yeah, shipping cash is usually a no-go for me. Anyone can open the envelop and remove the funds, none to be the wiser.

While this is certainly a great way to go, I would point out that people send checks/money orders by mail all the time. It's called paying bills It is a simple enough matter to send *registered* mail, that the recipient has to sign for. It doesn't cost that much. If Paypal isn't a viable option for some reason. I've sent cash a couple times, but I was also shipping minis along with it and got delivery confirmation. And, I already trusted the people I was sending it to.

swinefeld wrote: It's called paying bills This is true, but not for me. I pay all my bills electronically online. No checks. No snail mail. No postage. I also would point out to people that paypal isn't a disease, it is a program you use, so the to have a response "I don't have it" doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It isn't something you catch, it is something you sign up for and use. You may choose not to use it and that is fine and your choice. As a consumer, I just like the piece of mind knowing I can buy something right away without going through a bunch of hoops with the seller knowing if the seller doesn't come through I get my money back and yes I have had to use this function before and when you need to use it and see how it works you will be glad that you did and will never think of doing it any other way. I have sent money order before and yes it works, but that was a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. To me it feels antiquated, you know like actually using a stamp!

I recently had someone fraudulently use my PayPal account. Though the process was a little confusing, I ended up getting all the money refunded, and no money was taken out of my bank account or charged to my credit card. That's proof positive, to me at least, that PayPal works, and should I ever have the need to make a PayPal claim to get my money back from a scammer, I'll be glad I used PayPal and not cash through the mail or a money order.

No arguments whatsoever I mail something like 2 checks per month for bills I can't pay online, and then the odd occasions that come up from time to time. I just brought up the other options to mention other options And I usually can't pass up a opportunity when I spot one

I dont have/use Paypal because I am using my public library computers for intenet access and since I dont trust the security on them, I do not do any banking or banking related things(such as Paypal) on the library computers.

That shouldn't matter, encryption is handled by the host site, not the library. Just make sure you don't x the box that saves your password.

In that case I wouldn't get it either. Not on a public computer.
