Well if i remember correctly he only had cybernetic implants. But he would still be cooler as a Cyborg.

Luke Skywalker could be considered a cyborg too if you are using the criteria that any cybernetic part qualifies for the special ability.

That's like saying why don't we have a Rebel Luke that can beat the tar out of any Vader and outwit the emperor? It's a game balance thing. Cyborg is a vulnerability & I guess they didn't want any of the Dengars to have that obvious weakness. With Lobot or Grievous it helps make the game more interesting, since they're usually used more for their game effects than their attacks. It makes players have to play strategically.

Aw, man! So much pressure. Now I feel like I have to recite the whole Jabberwocky poem just to keep from having people look to me for wisdom.

Oh, I'm darn keen for a Rebel Luke who could beat the tar out of any Vader and outwit the emperor... yes, if you have a cellphone, you are a cyborg. I don't think that applies to Wristwatch (Range 6: any ally will not be late)

I don't want to hurt anybody.

If you wear a bluetooth when not actively using the phone you have both Cyborg and Tool (no ally within 6 squares will combine fire with this character; this character will automatically attack any ally who snickers at his goofy Ed Hardy or Affliction t-shirt).
