This is sort of the opposite of the theoretical max damage thread which was recently resurrected: Most Damaging One-HitsThis thread is about actual in-game accounts of one-hit kills of a full-HP enemy, by a single attacker with no outside help other than it's own stats/abilities. The juicier the target was in the context of your particular game, the better. Criticals count, but remember, only one single attack roll (no twins, flurries etc), and the enemy was at full HP. No Disintegrations !! that's too easy 
My personal favorite - I won a key initiative, ran up and assassinated Captain Rex with a Genoharadan. Geno: Base 10, Poison Blade modifies to 20 when adjacent = 20 Critical = additional 20 Poison Blade extra damage to living, save failed = 20 Cunning = 10 70 damage on one roll, dead Rex, ...Cody and Sevs lose GMA. Genos rule  Heck, they're almost broken for 21 points.
So what stories do you folks have to tell?

Bane vs rex 501st. He runs 6 sqs. gets a crit. uses 2 sith rages for 80 dm. When Bane gets a crit it pretty much seals that characters fate.

Young Krayt Dragon vs RS Obi Wan once. YKD runs up and crits Obi Wan with Momentum, Jedi Hunter, and Charging Fire
30 Base DMG
+30 on the crit
+20 on CHarging Assault
+10 Momentum
+10 Jedi Hunter
100 DMG

Uggnaught vs. R2 Astromech. My uggnaught used charging fire from Han Stormtrooper, and rolled a crit plus cunning. 30 damage and R2 is dead.

Preface: When I live in florida a friend of mine had a white erase board where we kept track of every character he disintegrated with Boba Fett, BH. There were about 20 names on the board and various tallies next to their names for how many times they bit the dust. Another friend of mine ran a Republic squad against him. The republic squad killed off all Boba's squad with exception of Boba. And Boba killed all but one character in the republic squad without taking any damage. In the last shot of the game Boba rolls a crit to disintegrate Jar Jar Binks and fails the save  . So ironic. Boba Fett ended up as a name on his own disintegration whiteboard.

I guess I made this too hard. Of all the replies so far, only one followed the rules of the thread, but violated stacking rules in the game

Last night during a game I was using Wicket. Well I see my opponents uggie across the map and so I shoot at him. I critted (didn't need it of course, but whatever). Me and the other guy were imagining Wicket throwing his spear straight into the chest of an uggie in one of the movies. We got a pretty good laugh out of it.
So maybe not the greatest story since it was two weaker pieces, but it follows the guidelines.
And you have to admit; it is pretty funny to think of Wicket spouting his gibberish while throwing a spear into an uggie while the uggie also spouts gibberish.
I mean C'MON!!!!

That's like me (the friend) playing Call of Duty against Anthony. Except he doesn't feel bad about it when he kills me with a guided missile.

I mean C'MON!!!! That's a good one. Considering Wicket is a close-range type of piece, I think the Hail-Mary spear chuck makes a good story.

I can only think of a crit I landed with Mandalore indom, but it was with spotter from Garindan so it doesn't count.... Killed off some sep force user, can't recall which.

I can see Bane having 40 dam with SR, a crit gives him 70, Sure he has MOTF but you can't stack the same ability ontop of itself, that has never been allowed. Oh, and if it is a jedi then it would be 80 damage. SO just incase something was overlooked it is theoretically possible for Bane to do 80 damge in one swipe.
