I was just wondering the highest price people would pay for Vader's Apprentice Unleashed. I have a chance to procure one for really cheap, and was wondering if I might have a market for it after I get it, lol. Thanks! BigGrin

Nothing.

Already have him : )
I know, that was messed up. Hypothetically, between $15 and $20.

Around $20 for me. $30 might still be an OK deal, but not good enough for me.

I wanted to say $10 but I'd maybe pay a little more so I had to go with $15. He may be a nice skirmish piece but there are already a pile of Vaders out there to choose from and I wouldn't gain enough competitive use from him to be worth paying the retail booster price just to aquire him.

i must say 20-25 price range as it is the only REASONALBE (IMO) price for him...not too low (as in ebay), not too high (as in retail)

Nothing, I've got 2 as it is. Either way, I never pay for singles anymore, just trade or buy boosters.

I should put an addendum on this.

I said $25 because that is what I would pay for him if I did not own him already.

Voting for "nothing" and stating "because you already have one" is kinda pointless and unhelpful. Do what Starkiller did and state what you would pay, or don't bother. Seriously, way to be unhelpful :) - Notice the smiley so that you don't take me as being deeply offended, but rather as a fun side comment it was meant to be. :)

I said $30. I wouldn't pay more than $30 for any single mini at any time. For me, paying more than twice the cost of a booster (I suppose $40 for a huge set perhaps), is more than I believe any mini is worth, and in those cases, I'd prefer to go without, or find another way to get one. You just aren't getting any value at that point, and are purely paying a premium based on collectibility, not on game play.

I'm not totally complete in my collection, mainly because I haven't had the time to fill out my remaining 15-20 pieces. But I will be, and I assure you, I have never paid $30+ for any mini in the game.

I voted nothing becuase I never buy figs for over $5, and prefer to trade for them, which is how I got my VAU

A man after my own heart, lol. I'm notoriously cheap when it comes to anything, and Minis are no exception. The most I've ever paid for a Mini was $12 (Dark Woman), and I don't see myself ever paying more than $20 for a single mini. I just always feel like I could find a better deal (via a bulk trade, eBay, or something like that).

$35.00

My reasoning for $35.00 and maybe even $40.00..

Because:

1) Not too many people are trading him.

2) The chance of pulling him from two huge boosters at $18-$20 a pop are not usually in your favor. Let alone pulling him in a case. I bought 6-7 cases of FU and pulled only 1.

3) This would have to be the only figure I need left to finish the set.

I got mine for $18 from the dealer, but that's because he's been my stepdad's friend since they were in high school (over 24 years ago) and so I always get a discount

The average I've seen on ebay and online stores is $32, which is about the price that my old (and probably outdated) pricing guide puts him at

I don't use him that much, simply because I prefer straight-out offense to force powers, and he's to costly because of his uberstrong lightning

I wanted a new one focused on dueling, but it seems that such won't happen
