Well I agree on the SBD aspect they weren't THAT hard to kill or that slow according to the movie, but that game, battlefront, and the oroginal cartoon have them moving much, much faster and being easier to kill. The clone wars series has them as slow and so far uninteresting.
That aside, the game is amazing. Little fun aspects like running up next to droidekas and knifing them while they can't fire back and all the cool squad commands and interactions were really fun.
I was really disappointed in the minis after playing the game but the Training Sergeant luckily gave them the Shields they should have had.
I personally find it one of the most engaging (albeit simple) FPSs ever.

My favorite part was in multiplayer with my little brother
He was runniung from me, the little di'kute, and so I thre a grenade at him
I overthrew and he stopped and said "ha, you missed" and right when he finished saying that ANOTHER grenade blew up directly under his feet
Rule 119: Always stay moving

Rule 119: Always stay moving Rule 119...is that a Zombieland reference? Also, I loved that game, I only discovered it recently and am bigging on it on ebay to be able to play again. I loved how hard the SBDs were to kill, and I wish the SWMs of them would reflect that more.

Na, never saw Zombieland
It was the number my brother and I came up with for the rule
I have Asperger's so I randomly come off with numbers
And I only got my copy recently, as well, my friend gave me his Xbox, RC, and KOTOR games for free :)

I got Republic Commando for Christmas this past year, and my Xbox summarily decided to stop working. So I got about half an hour of play time before the Xbox 'sploded for good. =(

I liked Comando, but I think the end could of been better. It was also quick to beat. The attachments were awesome, and the SBDs were Beasts.

I don't know, it was okay, but after playing Battlefront, it was real weird wasting full clips on one SBD. It also seemed that there were parts that if you saved at a certain point, it was impossible to beat without starting the game over. The timed bomb thing on Geonosis is an example

I loved the game, which made me really dislike the figures.
