He's alright, but to be honest Rex is the best clone commander, and Mom is the best death shot commander. Ploo seems to fit rather awkwardly between the two. Still, fun for causal, and Force Alter can do some pain with figures with lower accuacy (if they indeed are still used. XD)
40 damage on the moves better then most Jedi though.

The only minor things I think could've been changed with Plo Koon? GMA or Momentum or both (he was a BEAST when it came to lightsaber damage), drop down to Force 2 and renewal, with MotF 2, and drop the commander effect...or make is less suicidal...or Trooper followers who have an ally within 6 squares gain Cunning Attack.
Oh well, what's done is done...and I'm not going to complain about a potential 40 damage off 1 attack from a Jeedai.

And don't forget about pilot!... OddBall.... Hey I agree, I think he's awesome as far as damage output goes. Too many of the Republic Jedi are too costly to use. 40 points? Swap fodder with Panaka? Oh yeah. I give this one an 8 or 9 out of 10. Way freaking cool. Yeah I'll give you grenades from Odd Ball too man. 130 hp is pretty good. No complaints so far!

Yeah Plo is a bit crap by the looks of it. I was hoping for a decent CE or GMA. That CE is not gonna be very useful at all.

Well, off to a good start. Soldier is nice and solid grunt.
Why the Plo hate? Perfect complement to a swap squad. Do 40 to them with Yobuck, swap in Plo for 70. Nice alternate for the swap. And the CE could be interestin if it woks with Mothma. If it does, I imagine you will change your tune.
And really, Molator is a great melee fig. And not Savage, so very playable. The dejarik theme looks to be interesting. Wonder what else will be granted.

Becuase Anistap is a bit better as swap fodder for 5 points less. I thought they mught give Plo flight(the Clone Wars episode) but...meh. Dejarik beasty is interesting. Giving Plo Grenades would be a waste, when you could just run up to someone within six and hit them for more damage. He also looks like he'll get shot up easily

I agree with having good swap fodder with Koon. I mean, Yobuck, GenSky, ComSohk, Koon, CapNak, Doombot, Mas...sure, Koon doesn't gain momentum or rolling cleave...but after yobuck nails for a potential 60, Koon can swap in and do another 70...that'll take out most characters with high hit points...and with Alter, won't be something to fully laugh at. "Oh, you just crit me? No you didn't."
Also could be a TON of fun with Chancellor Palps and Jar Jar..."You WILL become a part of my squad..."
Lots of potential (and FUN potential!)

I really like Plo-the Republic doesn't need any more ridiculous characters. He is a decent character who can be put to good use, but won't be showing up in every other squad. I also am a fan of Jedi who can do over 20 damage in an attack and was hoping the Republic would get some Jedi in the 40is point cost range as they have plenty everywhere else. Also, love that his CE is for troopers and not characters w/ order 66. I wonder if they were planing to give him that ce in clone strike and just copied and pasted.

I don't know how his CE would work with Mon Mothmas, being that they give the same Bonus, though they are worded differently. Even if they don't interact, He is still good for what he does and his cost is very fair. The Rebel to me is Ech, because in order to run him effectively, you will have to use four of them at 52 points, and there are a ton of better options at this point in the game. I am happy to see a new BDO, and that is only because newer players need them for their Sep squads. The Dejarek theme to me, is a complete waste, so I wont even touch it.

Not too bad, glad to see they are mixing things up a bit for the last set.
Plo... well I was hoping for the Force Strike ability, but he's nice. Odd Ball will like him and no other Republic Jedi has Opportunist.
Rebel.... not bad, very similar to some Stormtroopers of late, and the grenades 30 is nasty. Either the Milk is broken or this guy is the only mini with Grenades 30 naturally.
BDO... great as a reprint, horrible sculpt. This one is even missing the binoculars. How can you aid attack without binoculars?
Molator.... very interesting...will be strange to play but interesting. I was expecting Savage to be honest, but could very powerful with the right combination of Commander Effects.
Overall for 10% of the total set. I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

All I know is that I am leaning toward the Rex 501\Gree precedent for Plo's CE. Would definately be fun.
