Thanks for sharing. Man, that CE is crap as far as I'm concerned. Reminds me of Nym's CE. Decent piece, but the CE ruins any potential.

Wow, that CE really screws him over. No follower benefits, but not a wizard CE to make up for it. Spotter 10. I can't say I have ever actually used a spotter abillity. Now that being said, I guess this means you can give some higher hp minis spotter, which may come in handy. Time will tell I guess.

At least if you run him with some non-Uniques, they could potentially boost his damage. So there is some synergy there. I still wish he didn't have the CE and cost just a bit less. He would be a solid Fringe piece then.

EDIT: Someone over at Wizos had a good idea for Grievous. The squad idea mentioned was running him with the Republic Commando Training Sergeant and some Commandos. Could be fun. Not a lot of HPs to go around.

needs accurate. His commander effect isnt that bad but he can fit into alot of armies with his abillities well.

Interesting... He's fairly tough for a 22 point commander. As for spotter, it could be interesting for some retro squads, like those Tuzcan Raider squads due to their high number of fodder, decent attack and evade. Just I don't use spotter all that much. So could be a wee bit awkward.

That being said, spotter Dark Hellon Bikes could be very interesting, just plonk a stealth guy down somewhere, ride them around and conbinue fire when needed. Or even in living seps by allowing Whormsome to tag on to some of the more beefier shooters.

Thanks! He doesn't look too bad. I can see using him in the OR with Hoth and The Exile. He has triple and when you kill a unique Hoth gains twin and he gets a shot.

this attack is crap. I like his CE its not that bad. He cost 22 points has sniper and double. That is pretty sweet with all the movement we have now. With Thrawn he could kill a commander or 2 30 hp guys. sniper is a great SA.

Grevious is a quite meh piece, but hey, at least we've got him. I've been wanting a non-Cyborg Grevious for a long time now.

Wow, what a letdown. It seems that has been my overall opinion of MotF. Even if it wasn't the last set, it doesn't seem to do very much for the game.

Well, he could get Triple with Imperial Governor Tarkin, and then pull off 3 attacks at +13 with Thrawn, so not totally unusable. At least we have another use for cheap fodder, Spotting!

I can see using him and Jerjerrod together as a +8 attack/+10 damage will be a good reason to combine fire.

It seems like a theme of this set is much lower point brackets for figures than I expected, except for Han and lando.

Does Jerjerrod's CE stack with abilities that make combining fire grant +6 instead of +4? So that you could get +12/+10? That would be great.

Well, you're still combining fire, so all the effects that are triggered by combining fire come into play.

I try to look on the positive side of things when sets come out. I defend characters (like Hoth) who get yelled at because I can find a spot for them. Allies gain spotter? ummmmmm wow....yeah....ya'll had better watch out.....SPOTTER 10!!! DUN DUN DUN!

Vader found luke's climbing up a pipe to be "impressive" so pretty much ANYTHING makes him excited. So I called Vader and asked about this Grievous piece.... "Not Impressive..." said he.
