Neo would be plugged in the matrix not knowing any better while Boba flies him to the Huts. That an what is he going to do outside the matrix? At most turn of a droid then pass out.

Heh, I'd say Boba, hands down
Even if he's in the matrix, he's wearing beskat'gam, and that kit is almost LIGHTSABER proof, so I don't think a bullet would get through
And what's easier to hit than a guy jumping in slow motion O_O

He can dodge blaster fire, nad dont furget about the Smiths ganging up with Neo against Boba. But yes, I agree he would lose outside of the Matrix, but I just think Neo is WAY cooler.
