hey guys
was looking over my collection (very small), and noticed that i had NO clones (normal ones) ...i have various clones, but NO NORMAL ONES!!! then i loooked at the sets that had carried them and had found out that only a FEW were ever produced!!!
1) Clone Strike
2) Clone Strike SS (i think)
3) Revenge of the Sith
4) Revenge of the Sith SS (i think)
5) Universe
6) Clone Wars SS (yet none in the actual set...queer...)
7) Clone Wars Map Pack (forgot which one)
so yea! its kinda weird, aint it?! anyways...decided i wanted a bunch, found someone who had a bunch open for trade, and now i have x9 CS clones pending in, x8 ROTS clones pending in, x2 UNIV clones pending in...and all from the same person! (lol)...
anyways, so wondering if you think they're now considered "rare" and/or "pricy"...i dont know myself, wondering what was your take on it...

I'd be unhappy about the number of basic Clone Troopers only if they were actually a bit better.
Now there are seven Clone Troopers although the last two, the one in the Clone Wars Starter and Map Pack, are repeats of earlier models. Both Clone Strike and Revenge of the Sith had two different models at common although they have been very hard to find since those early days. For skirmish they are nearly unplayable and for RPG I have little trouble substituting other Clones for may basic battles.

Well, I've often seen them run about $1 or $1.50 online, depending on the make
As stated above, not too competitive, but they're a MUST for fun or scenario play
The Clone Strike troops are worth the most, I somtimes see the standing one go for $2, and the universe one is the cheapest
But that is if they're in good condition
If they're armor is dirty or yellow they're worth less
I'd probably put what you described above at about $20 monetarily, but trades it depends
I myself, I horde Clone Troopers, I have enough clones and sergeants to make 6 complete squads O_O

I had that problem with them
If you use them as often as I do, they'll get smudges and dirt ground in...kinda like how a white leather shoe turns yellow
The ROTS clones don't have that problem, mainly the Universe clones and newer ones like the elite grenadier, they're paint is too porous and they absorb dirt
You can always just repaint them

I just bought something from this seller, and though they shipped in an envelope (instead of a box), I can't complain about Free Shipping, and getting Doombot/Panaka/Bail and filler for $10 was nice. =)
