can we all start to respect this site, it's owner, the mods and our fellow users a bit better.

There are rules here, lets follow them.

If you are banned from the site, the have the decency to respect the people here and stay away.

If your friend or sibling stirred up chaos and got themselves banned, then please have the decency to respect the site and your fellow members and respect that descision.

OK, rant over.

Respecting bloomilk is not the issue.
MDB (The real MDB) has the right to prove that he was not the one being a child on this site, and he is willing to do whatever it is necessary to do, through conferance call, massive chat, whatever.
He deserves it because he is a good man, and doesn't want to be judged by the actions of Nashvillian roommates. so this will keep on keeping on until something is figured out.

Something was figured out. He was banned for his CoC violations, and regardless of whether he feels bad about it now, or at any point in the future, is irrelevant - he has to serve the sentence for the crimes he committed.

No one cares, no one will ever care. One person's beef with others one a site with thousands of users isnt relevant, especially when everyone is sick of the bickering. I would actually have respect for MDB if it was a sime disagreement and he walked away and didnt make it personal, that didnt happen.

He is responsible for his actions and his many and varied accoungs on here are an extension of that. STOP posting, that is how you make this better.

No one cares. Do you realize that now? Every thread that gets created about politics instead of the game pushes people away from this forum and the game. Keep that in mind.

What you are all failing to see is that the things that happened to these people were not done by Sean! You keep reading over that. He doesn't seek forgiveness, because he himself did nothing wrong! All he is responsible for is letting other people use his account everytime he was away. There is no possible way that he could have posted over a Thousand messages by himself, thats all a sign that other people were on his account constantly, and for this, he is responsible.
Like I said, we will keep on keeping on.

LOL, there is no way to prove any of that. Lots of people can post thousands of messages. All depends on how often you're on the site. I'm sure there's plenty of people on here who post as often, if not more so, than Sean ever did.

And the fact stands, it doesn't matter who did what. If Sean let other people abuse his account, then he still has to face the consequences of that. If he truly wanted to be back on the site, and be a good contributor, well-behaved, etc., then he would select a screenname that had absolutely no connection to his prior problems, and he would act as a member of these forums that WANTS to be around. And he would NOT let his roommates or other friends know his passwords anymore.

However, the simple fact is, he's had no less than 4 different screennames on the forums here in the past 6 months (MDB, 666, Blizzard Scout 1, Beast), and every single incarnation ended up in the EXACT same problems. He falsely accused people for no good reason at all, sought to stir up trouble with GOOD, upstanding members of the community. Frankly, he was a brand new member of the site that immediately started giving a hard time to other members who have been around YEARS. What would anyone expect to happen? Of course everyone else is going to defend the people they have known for a while. We all KNOW dnemiller, and billiv15, and the others who MDB was going after back in November when this all started. We know those guys well enough to know that they were not guilty of the things MDB accused them of. And those guys are friends, both on these websites, and in real life, for many people on this site. Sure, maybe we don't agree about everything all the time, but as far as MDB was concerned, we knew they were innocent. So, people defended them. And instead of listening to the vast population of the forums, and trying to be someone who wanted to get along, MDB continued to stir up trouble.

Now, Sean can blame roommates or friends or whatever all he wants to. But the OVERWHELMING evidence points to other facts. The simple matter is, in order for him to have ANY interaction on this site in the future, he would have to make it so that NO ONE knows it's him, or can connect his new screenname to the old crap that happened. Now, of course, what I'm suggesting is in strict violation of the Code of Conduct as well. And why would I suggest this? Because I don't think he could do it anyways. The multiple accounts I listed above prove that he isn't capable of creating new screennames and letting the past stay behind him.

Bottom line, he was a disruptive force on the forums, and those kinds of people cannot be tolerated. If you can't play nicely, you will be asked to leave the playground. Sure, maybe sometimes you don't do anything wrong. But if you can't get along with the other kids, why would you want to be there anyways? Learn to get along, and that will make a world of difference, not only with online forums, but in ALL of life.

so it took you two years to make a profile because according to the site you joined Fri. April 16 2010. whatever you say MDB how many more fights you going to try and start before you get bored and stop? oh and Madalor da best is NOT dnemillers account Flapper Flapper Flapper Flapper

Heres a little reasoning to this.
Sean is obsessed with this game, has been for about 5 years, and he has tried extremely hard to get me into this game. At first, I didn't like it, because it isn't a 1st person shooter. Well he got on my nerves enough to check out the mini game on WoTC, and it was kind of cool. I recently made this profile because he wanted to know if there was a way he could fix this whole mess, being that he technically, did not start it.
Being that I'm a cop, He wanted to go the legal route, but I told him that was a waste of time because there is nothing illegal being solicited on this site.
All I'm doing is help my brother out, and if you can't deal with that, then stay out of this.
For crying out loud, The guy donates his extra minis to younger kids whose parents cant afford to buy them for them. He doesn't curse, spit, do drugs OR drink. Hes a straight arrow, and I should know because hes my brother and practically raised me to be a NYPD Officer. All you have to do is hear him out, he tried explaining his situation to those who were most effected by all of this, and they continue to turn him away. People can't be so obtuse, they have to look at the coin from both sides, not just heads.

And Sean did not "Let" anyone abuse his account, they did all of this while he wasn't around. Blame him for keeping his profile open, but don't blame him for being a disruptive source. I can't emphasize enough that he is a good man, and is very good to those he cares about. I personally don't have the patience he has to go out of his way just to remain on a website.
All I ask is that you allow him to make a new Profile under his ol name, let him make a thread, and let him give complete details of the last 2 years (or however long it has been)
Ill give an example.
A man opens a door for another man trying to get into the building, hes carrying groceries, lets say he is a delivery guy, ok? The 2 men go their seperate ways, and a few hours later, a woman on the third floor is found murdered, most likely by the delivery man. The man in question however, is the guy who opened the door to begin with (Mind you, this has just happened recently on the upper east side.) The Police can't find the cold blooded murderer, but all they can do is question the man who let him in. Now no, its not 100% the fault of the man who let the guy in, he is partly responsible, yes, but not 100%.
In Seans case, he opened the doors for his stupid roommates, they came in and made a mess of things while Sean was away, and he was away often, I should know because he came up here every 2 weeks for contract work.
Now, Does Sean/the guy who opened the door, go to prison for opening the door for the murderer? The answer is NO. There was no INTENT to bring harm to this site on his part, but the irresponsible roommates he had did this to him, and for that he no longer speaks to them. Would you know that one of his Roommates, SithflyonBasalisks STOLE a bunch of minis from him and his other friends? you wouldn,t have known that, because Sean was never the type to air his dirty laundry. All of these things added up for him to come back home.
He wants a clean slate, and I believe he is atleast deserving of the chance to prove that he isn't the Rancor people think he is.

Lol at this thread. Here we go again. Now back with an entirely new story, and right back down the same old roads we've traveled many times before. I'm sure this time it will be different. Not like the other 15 accounts this guy had...

The problem is, he WAS allowed to do this.....3 times in fact, as I pointed out! And each time, eventually, the same stuff happened again. Maybe Sean just needs to get new roommates. Maybe he needs to learn to log off Bloomilk when he's done with it. Maybe he needs to password protect his computer so other people can't get on it when he's not around.

Whatever the case is here, it's a "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" situation here. I think the moderators and staff, and to some extent the general forum population, are just sick and tired of it, and would rather not have to deal with it anymore. You only get so many 2nd chances, and for Sean, this would be like 5th chance. Do we take the risk of letting him (or his roommates, since this is all unproven) continue to disrupt the forums?

There's nothing stopping Sean from emailing Shinja directly. I'm pretty sure his email address is around here somewhere. If he really wants to work it all out, he would deal with Shinja.

I'm no moderator/admin or anything like that here. Just a poster and participant on these forums. But IMO, these forums are better off without MDB, whether it was Sean or roommates or whatever. Even if Sean was 0% responsible for the antics under the various screennames, it isn't worth it to the community members to have to continue to deal with that kind of crap. Yes we want more participants on the forums, but not at the expense of order and peace.

I've tried to mostly stay out of this, but it's really getting ridiculous.

Lets forget everything that Sean said about Bill, Dean, etc. for just a moment. Just pretend that didn't happen. He should still be banned. Back in January, myself and some of the Atlanta playgroup guys went to Nashville to play in a tournament. I met Sean, and played him. Afterward I mildly criticized his play during our game, because to be honest, he didn't play it that well. It wasn't a personal attack, it was just pointing out some errors in his play, because some others were touting him as some sort of expert player, and I just didn't believe that to be true. Soon after that I get this BM from 666:

Quote:
I gave you all that credit that was due, and you still Bashed the [expletive] out of me.
Ive been playing SWMs for a long time, and have been a fan of SWs since before you were born. Speedy cannon is just an explanation as to why GOWK was banned.
this wasn't my first game. I rushed you, like I said I did to you in person, that was my mistake, and you are going to smear me for that?
the most expensive piece I killed off against you was Dodonna, so don't [expletive]ing act like you owned me. I pretty much handed it to you with a smile you Little young nervous [expletive] Bag.
Understand something, I have a life unlike alot of you kids, where I go to work, pay my Bills, take care of a family, and put events together so we all can play. for you to throw me under the bus, even after I said that you were my best learning experience, shows me that you are a follower.
If yer fine with Speedy Cannon, then you should have ran that instead of yer NR KOL squad.
Boy.
Don't come back to my town again you sniveling little [expletive], 9 people in tennessee say that you are unwelcomed here.

Da Beast.

Expletives removed by me.

Considering that was from 666 but signed "Da Beast", it's VERY obvious that 666 was MdB. So, even if he DIDN'T do anything other than this, that message is CLEARLY deserving of a ban. It's also obvious that it WAS Sean, since no one really watched our game, but he clearly knew what happened. So he also is guilty of creating a second account to circumvent his first ban, which, as Lobo pointed out, is against the CoC.

So regardless of whether or not he did anything else, based on just MY interactions with him, he is very deserving of a permanent ban.

Now lets ADD that to everything else he's done. Or even half of what he's been accused of doing. Heck, just a quarter of it. It should be obvious that a permanent ban is the correct course of action. If you ARE his brother, you've been misled as to how innocent Sean is. If you are Sean, please just go away. You're only making yourself look worse.

Guys, let's not even pretend this isn't Sean again anyways. It won't help. We all know it's him again, same as we did the other 15 times. No one else would care to drag this up yet again, but him. He's just trying to restart the mess again.

I'm sorry, but I just can't trust MdB at all whatsoever. I never took part in any of the huge debates with him but I've read them. I've read convos others had with MdB on instant messaging sites and then saw days later where he said he was leading them on in the IMs and wasn't going to turn over a new leaf. I read the post where he told Bill and Dean to go "suck a ball full of [roosters]." Seriously, there's no way that someone would be able to claim that this was "MdB's roommates" and not MdB himself.

Everyone that's been on this board for more than 3 months knows what kind of person MdB is online. It really doesn't matter if he gives all his extras to younger players who aren't able to get pieces themselves, that proves NOTHING as to how he is as a person. All it proves is "he likes little kids", that's it. His online persona and internet persona might be completely different, but if he continues with his online persona as he has through multiple accounts, he is not welcome on BlooMilk.

Let's call the bluff.

Name and badge number, post it here. Otherwise, everyone who even thinks this isn't Sean again, will know for certain it is in fact you again.
