Non-Unique Fringe followers gain Merciless 10 and are +2 attack against enemies with Hutt Cartel, Black Sun, or Zann Consortium. --- Followers with Mercenary may move up to 2 squares at the end of their turn (4 if they defeated an enemy during their turn). This movement ignores the restrictions of the Mercenary ability.
