The thing is, as a shooter, he needs a Czerka to get 40 damage, and even then, that's only against adjacent enemies. The combo costs 29 points.
For 28 points, Dash RS can put out 80 damage at +10, as long as he has opportunist.
For 33, Rex can put out 80 at +12, although he doesn't benefit from many CEs since he has one.
For 27, Han Smuggler can put out an accurate 40 damage at +14, as long as he has opportunist.
Just seems like there's often going to be a better option. Maybe if you have a squad that's making other use of Yularen and a Czerka - something like this greentime squad from
