Faction: Fringe subfactions and cross-faction subfactions

Every faction has subfactions, but some subfactions are either exclusively Fringe or span across multiple factions (possibly including Fringe). Here some of the significant subfactions and their key pieces.

ATTA/RoS newcomers:
Black Sun gets the Black Sun Gladiator Droid, a 47pt large base with lots of tricks.

Jabba Desilijic Tiure is a cornerstone for the Hutt Cartel faction, bringing +4/+10, dual cannon shots, and some initiative control. Dug Thug is a Hutt Cartel Twin Attacker that provides significant Strafe/Gallop defense.

Talia, Nightsister Hunter grants Opportunist to nightsisters.

Teek counts as an ewok, but will be just as useful as a general tech piece (Speed 12 and Distraction).

The Crimson Corsair is a pirate commander that needs to be paired with another pirate commander. Warbird Gang Pirate is a new lower-mid-cost pirate option.

(I just noticed that all of the Fringe pieces in the set fit into one subfaction or another.)
