Tott can be used with this army, but to swap out Arca.
Arca is used for his farseeing and the swap is effective because of the movement breakers for offensive and defense Ulic and Cay have (knock back, move one in and move one out). Also, if Nomi is low on HP, you can move her out safely and they can't target her without moving and being tagged by others and she has jedi reflexes.
Or is Ulic is low on HP and you swap Nomi, they have to target her.
He can keep others alive as well.
Force push at the end at of Nomi's turn might come in handy.
Tott Doneeta was created mostly for a Thon build.
