Wondering opinons on this, i'm looking to fill out am Alto/Talon info broker squad with a solid shooter, the catch is they have to be 35 points or under so far i've got the following
34 Alto Stratus 32 Talon Karrde, Information Broker 31 Red Hand Syndicate Boss 110 Nimbus Commando x 5 8 R7 Astromech Droid
I'm currently leaning toward Corso Riggs as he's got a solid 100 hit points and can Charging Fire +10 but i'm open to any suggestions

great question and I look forward to seeing what folks come up with Hondo Ohnaka could be situationally an exact fit. Although, Dr Evazan and Ponda Baba are also situational fits. Guri (VSet one) may also fill that niche. that said, your options are more tacti-cool. 35 pts is also nearly enough for a destroyer droid or a couple of other droids. (Octputtaran etc) I think a couple of gundarks or beasts may also fit that roll. (the dejarik piece without melee or melee reach 2?)

I like those suggestions, but need someone who can pump out some damage but also take it. Maybe someone cheaper plus Evazan could be nice, but they need to be a good shooter

The normal suspects in that range are: Dash (really good with Talon), and 28 means you can fit two Ugnaughts as well. Fringe Mira (force sense is good), although you might want one of evade pieces instead. Morrigan Corde (unavoidable damage) Tyber Zann (good shooter, and you get some extra pieces in the 31 points)
I'd also look at Jarael or fringe Barriss - I know you want shooters, but some more melee interference might also be a good option since you have a bunch of shooters already.

Since getting my Dash, I have a hard time leaving him out when I have a buff available for him. Talon is the perfect buff. If you can get Dash's Opportunist to engage, he drop 120 damage with a +14 attack. He evade gives him a little extra life too. You will be able to add a Klat BS to your squad too which isn't a terrible add since he does what a uggie does and can throw nades or shoot at +7 for 20 damage, which IMO at 6 points is nothing to snarf at.

Fringe Mira is the best IMO. She has force sense, demolition charge and can do auto dmg with either grenades or regular shots when enemies are in green squares getting cover. The ability to lob grenades 2 times is great for clearing swarms and she has Agile also which gives you that extra speed you need sometimes. I really love using her and mobile attacking up to a locked door, blowing it up, lobbing grenades and then mobiling back to safety using a FP + agile to get further away.

Alright these are some excellent choices presented before me. I think i've narrowed it down to either Dash or Mira but i can't choose between the two, someone please convince me either way :)

Mira. You need the door control.

Yes. If the R7 dies, you could be locked out.

Depending on situation I guess. Mira has kind of phased out Dash but if you are looking for ranged damage output, Dash is a great choice. Mira gives some great flex to any squad by eliminating enemy stealth along with double replace attacks abilities. Talons buff doesn't help her as much as Dash, but she is really good.
comes down to: Straight firepower = Dash a lot more tech = Mira
maybe you free up room and take them both :)

You could also look at adding a couple of red hand thugs which benefit from the red hand boss and play well in talon builds as they get independent outfit.

Hmmm i think i'll go with Mira, ive always liked her and she doesn't seem as cheesy as Dash, plus that tech really could come in handy
