Are there any OR 'force spirit' type characters, that let OR force users spend their force points.
Also are there and that could let Master Kavar use a force ability that replaces turn without replacing turn?

There isn't a piece like that yet, and for a good reason: Bastila JM using her Advanced Battle Meditation ability every round...that would be broken. As it is, she needs to carefully plan when to use it since she'll run out of force points.

To me saying there are none because of Bastila JM shows just how poorly the OR have been designed by both WOTC and Vset designers. No faction should be designed in such a way they are only competitive with one certain card/character.
As such OR do need other builds, A force spirit can simply say cannot be used with Bastila JM. This would not be new as many factions have characters that say that others from the same faction cannot be used in the same squad.
OR need a lot of work to make more varied competitive squads that don't use or rely on Bastila JM being in the squad. Not just competitive squads, none competitive squads as well.

There are plenty of competitive OR squads that don't use Bastilla.
Revan Supreme Commander is a solid alternative to her.
Valenthyne Farfalla (and his Army of Light squads) is designed to work without her.
OR Trooper squads can get pretty strong without her.
Team Covenant squads.
There are more OR squad bases that don't use Bastilla (and have Rival with her).

I've actually never played a game with Bastila Shan JM, just because she can't attack AT ALL. I prefer the commanders that can attack and have a passive CE.

In that case, Revan Supreme Commander is a great choice. Him and Malak are pretty solid together and they provide a good support for whatever else you build into the team.
