If both of its attacks hit the same enemy, it may immediately use a Force Power that replaces attacks without replacing attacks, targeting that enemy

Glossary Text

This special ability applies to some characters who can make more than one attack against an adjacent enemy. If two of the character’s attacks hit the same adjacent enemy in a turn, the character with this special ability may use one Force power that replaces attacks. That Force power must target the adjacent enemy that was hit by those attacks and no other characters.
