Deathwielded's Comment:
Use Watto to make the Drexl savage, then make him a mount with Totts Beast Tamer. Give Relay Orders to Zam and use Force Valor to give it some better stats. Zam can shoot with impunity while riding her mount. Missiles if she is facing swarms, regular shots if not. Always using Double and Careful shot + getting more damage from Bastila makes her deadly, plus she is safe as she will always get Cloaked while on the Drexl. Thought?
