Bib gives Hutt Cartel to the followers. The Rodian Hunt Master, Chiss Captain, and Weequay Leader do not gain Hutt Cartel.They are Fringe, though, so Bib's Rival is okay and Jabba's CEs are still active. Those 3 cmdrs do not benefit from the Hutt Cartel boosts, but their CEs boost the non-Unique followers. The Kajidii cannot use its Pellaeon-style swap, since not everyone in the squad has Hutt Cartel. Not a great squad, but a Hutt Cartel example that uses some non-Hutt Cartel pieces.

It does a Bothan good.
