Check underneath the squad name and there should be a pull down menu that will say main squad and anything else that has reserves or reinforcements

 that's the part not working, you can select reinforcements for Garm from the tab, but the box where you chose figures from is empty. Check it out

It's not working for me (no reinforcements show up for Garm). I'll look into it.
