What I learned: Never play on Kalos's choice of maps. (lesson learned for the 5th time now) Never forget to add in your +3 +3 bonus from your commander. Never underestimate your opponents ability to box you in with mouse droids. (again lesson taught by Kalos) Never try to gain gambit with any piece costing under 5 points. Never leave Lobot exposed to powerful shooters. (lesson by Jak and Kalos) Never roll an 11 on initiative the last round of the game. ... and the two most important lessons: Never take it too seriously, its a game and meant to be fun. and NEVER assume that the game is dead because WotC dropped the ball!!! Many thanks to the new players who showed up and proved to us old-timers that there is still life in the game. Thanks again to all who came out and to Jak for his amazing efforts to make it all happen. Also to Juiceman for the use of his maps and rule books. Had a great time and hope to do it again soon!! EDIT: P.S. also HUGE thanks to the owners and staff of Underhill's Games for providing a haven to all of us who still find it fun to play games.

I learned... Never forget about Force Sense (doh!). Targeting has little to do with Force Immunity. Try not to wear the same shirt as another player.

I learned that the game is still alive and well in our little circle. It was awesome to see so many turn out for an event. Like I said before I left... I will be hosting an event in September so keep your eyes peeled for info. If anyone has the ability to add darthzach, Ryan and the other two new gentlemen to the email ist I will be sending out my invite via that method as well as on here.
Jared, next time I will NOT wear a black shirt. I will not be able to fix the glasses, baldness and goatee though.
Also to the newer fellas, please feel free to take a look at my trades and let me know if you are interested in anything. I'm sure we can work out a good deal.
