Okay this popped into my mind.......
Let's say I have a Captain Rex mini behind a wall on my opponent has a czerka, a Luke skywalker, rebel and C-3PO
I have Rex greater mobile out from behind the wall, attack Luke by 3po draws fire, and instead I kill C-3PO
Luke impulsive shots rex, and I fail the jolt save, so Rex is....activated.....but I'm in the middle of his activation?
Do i:
A, ignore jolt
Or
B, Rex is activated, can't use double attack and can't move back behind the wall?

He is already activated, so his turn would continue as normal.

I think the only thing that could stop someones activated movement would be Snare Rifle SA if somehow your opponent was able to use it via an Immediate Attack when the character with Snare Rifle is defeated.
