How does it work with yobuck? if he does galloping attack, then finishes his move near skywalker, are all of his attacks momentumed? Or do you only have to end a move near skywalker, then you gain momentum for the rest of the game?

When a character finishes their move (meaning they won't move any further that turn), they gain Momentum until the end of that turn.

So with Yobuck, when he enters his final square of movement (you must declare that it is the final square if you move less than his maximum move), he gains Momentum for the attacks generated by Galloping attack for entering that square and his regular attack (if he has not already used it and only moved his Speed or less).
