I, for one, loved most of the EPICs.  however there were a few that disapointed me. What would you have had the character look like? Post your own versions of the same characters that you think should have been different.

I dont think we should be bashing the characters. The creators spent many hours designing them and putting lots of work in to them. And it will never will happen where every one likes the same character. I love the darth bane, even as he is now, some one else probably thinks hes the biggest waste of 82 points. In all likley hood not even ALL the designers agreed on the stats for the epics. I think there great for a first time, in a new format, with a new idea. And yes theres 100 different things they could have done, all these charcters have acess to so many different things it would be impossible to fit everything they have on one card. Imagine if/when boba fett becomes an epic, are they going to give him every peice of equpitment ever used? I dont think so, it would be close to impossible. So I like all the epics.

Decent idea for a thread, but it should be moved to the customs forum.
My disappointment is that Luke as a Rebel doesn't have Dark Temptation or some special resistance to switching sides.

I love the Epic Characters. The only one I would change is Mace Windu, Master of the Order. I actually think the Windu LOLS is way better costed. I might even use Him instead. That said, These characters are going to be a blast to play!

I would have made a stronger Dark Armor for Vader. basically the same thing but lightsaber resistant. I'd have given Jedi Reflexes to Mandalore, and simply renamed it as well. otherwise that's it. I forgot to add that point , and you are right. My only point was for the cost, I just felt perhaps he should have had more.

Sorry for not being terribly clear   , I was in a rush. Anyway what I meant was that I thought ( as did other people) that it would be good to express a few of the things that we as the gamers should be tweaked. I did not belittle any of the designers or designs and I dont plan to. Alls Im sayin is that for instance, Mara Jade is probably one of my fave characters, but perhaps a little undercosted, perhaps if you made her cost 5 more but gave her rapport for Luke, it would even it out a little. I think that a designer ( myself included) would appreciate kind feedback like that. especially if they will be designing future sets

I think there is definitely some merit to what you say. I don't think you come across as bashing anything or anyone. Constructive criticism is good.

Well aside from different choices for the spots of Maul and Windu (two in one set is crazy haha). They did a really good job and it's hard to say what exactly one should have added but personally I would have liked to see:
palpatine be one point cheaper so as to be able to bring in one of the other major Sep villains with him, and have his CE effect droids as well. As well as some sort of Dark Tutor ability to equip an "apprentice" with an additional force point and some cool power like lightning or sith rage 2.
Windu I would have either costed less or given him Force Renewal 3, either which word have helped him shine more then the R&R one.
Oh and Speed 10 on the Terentatek... Because that would be awesome... haha
Otherwise Great job!
Now where is Grievous.....
