When the collection reaches a certain size, the online re-sellers offer virtually the same money (possibly more) as what you'd get on ebay for a single lot. It's also a lot easier to go the re-seller route. There just aren't enough people ready to drop over $500 on a single purchase. Of those that are, they're probably going to re-sell a lot of it anyway, so they're looking for a discount similar to what an online re-seller would want. Going to the re-seller directly avoids the ebay fees (and possibly the paypal fees, too, depending on how they pay you).
It's hard to guess at the value of this as a single lot because quite frankly nobody sells lots this large all at once (assuming you have the commons to go with all those rares and VRs). But I'll guess anyway. Assuming you have a number of C/UC that matches up with the R/VR you listed, I'd guess your whole collection sold as a single lot is worth about $.75 per figure, if you counted all of them.
You could break it up into smaller lots for a greater take-home. The smaller the lots, the better the bids. But that's a lot more work shipping and listing.
Miniature Market has a spreadsheet you can fill in and it will tell you what they'll offer. Unless you want to put in the work of breaking it down at least by faction, and possibly also breaking out all the chase pieces individually, I'd go that route.

selling to an online store is probably the way to go. however when I look at say ebay auctions I mostly value them as c/unc free (as in bonus for buying all the r/vrs especially in large lots) then $.75 - $1 ea for every R and then around $3-$5 for each VR give or take unless there is a money VR like Cad Bane, Boba, BH, Jango, BH, or Revan.
But as flying arrow said most people bidding on the large lots like this would be are just resellers anyway who take what they want out of it and ultimately want to resell to either make a profit or gain some figs they wanted for just an investment of some time.

abprices.com can give you retail value at a number of online stores. Obviously these are retail prices, not what you necessarily can resell them for, so keep that in mind.

If you're still intending to sell them,
Id value each faction army at about $250-350 AUD. The top end scenario assumes that the army has commons/uncommons that are not listed.
This basically means that your lot value (per miniature in lot) shouldnt exceed $5 per mini in lot size.
If you think about it statistically, people will just buy boosters if your sale unit price exceeds the unit cost of minis in boosters.
On the flip side, Chase pieces are randomly inserted in every couple of cases, so they should cost a couple of boosters worth = )
Anything higher than $350AUD would need to have 1000's of pieces, or 100's of chase pieces to be justifiable, in my opinion.
