Can you Force Absorb a person using Force Withdraw?

Can you use Use the force on Lukes Blaster 20 to give him a critical hit?

Does Impulsive reprisal make Lukes stats for attack and damage increase, or does it act like a bonus such as Assasin. I ask cause if it does increase his stat, then a critical hit would deal 60 damage if he has Impulsive Reprisal.

Yes.
Yes. It has no effect on the person using Force Withdrawl. Only the acting character.
It is considered a bonus.

Im 99 percent sure Im right lol

You can only cancel Force Withdraw at the moment the power is used, not at anytime.
