Just a quick clarafication, would the Klatoonian Captain spread his commander effect to the Alpha Squadron Pilot? Sorry if this has already been answered.

Yep. Note the glossary definition of Pilot:

Quote:
A Pilot is any character with the word “Pilot” in its name or that has the Pilot special ability.


Since they have Pilot in their name, they count as a Pilot, and would benefit from the Klatooinian Captain.
