Negative, as they have to count as mandalorian before they are put into the squad......same as garm can't bring an ossus guardian into rebels

Only if Kal Skirata is also in the squad. Then the ARC troopers will count as Mandalorian via affinity.

No, why Garm can't being in Ossus Guardians into a rebel squad is different. Affinity lets you bring in a character into a squad not of it's faction; It does not make a character multi-faction. The guardian only has affinity for New Republic, so in a Rebel squad, Affinity will not trigger and the guardian would remain a Vong faction character and thus would be ineligible for Garm's reinforcements.
