Being able to Repair 60 per round w/ an A-4 Series Medical Droid could be very useful.

the wording is make an attack, not take a turn, so I 'd so no.

I believe this is the correct breakdown:
Skirmish -> (Map Roll)(Map Selection)(Setup)(Round)* Round -> (Initiative)(First Phase)(Phase)* First Phase -> (Activation) Phase -> (Activation)(Activation) Activation -> (Turn) Turn -> (Movement)(Attacks) | (Attacks)(Movement) Attacks -> (Attack)
You only get the "attacks" portion of a turn when you take a turn.
