Boba Fett answers both parts for me, though Cad Bane came in a close 2nd when I pulled him from GaW (I owned that piece LONG before I got Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter).

Jango Fett is my pick for fav bounty hunter of the SWU. Ivory handled blasters? check. Awesome jetpacks/gauntlets? check.
Killing a dinosaur jedi (Coleman trebor)? Check. Sweet spaceship/backstory in the form of a game? check.
That, and jango's played by none other than Temura Morrison, which brings that whole Maori awesome to it.

Aurra Sing and Zam Wessel came a close tied second though BigGrin
