Have you ever gotten a really good deal in a trade or worse yet been screwed over?

And have you ever gotten a trade where you made out like a bandit but felt empty inside?

I once traded a dwarf spider droid for a jango fett bounty hunter and I was so happy to get that jango, but then i traded the jango for a young krayt dragon, darth sidious dark lord of the sith, sly more, dark side enforcers, massassi sith mutant, mandalorian soldier, dark jedi, and something else.....the young krayt alone was worth more than the jango, but - until recently when I have acquired a new jango BH about 4 years later - I have regretted that trade


My best trade was a 3 way trade......it was just after COTF came out and I wanted a Boba Fett Sooooooo badly, and my friend had one bit said he would trade it only for a General Windu (yeah.....10 dollar mini for the then 35 dollar boba)

I didn't have a general Windu, but I knew a kid who did......so I traded that kid a grievous' wheelbike for the general Windu, an elite clone trooper, a clone trooper and a clone trooper grenadier and then traded the Windu for the boba

So I basically traded greivous' wheelbike for a boba fett and 3 clones.....

The best part was a week later the kid offered to trade me the wheelbike for the boba fett Hahahahahahahaah

The only trade I haven't been happy with was getting CS Maul with a bogus card. I'm still looking for a decent card.

I can't think of any overly lopsided trades in my favor. I've been on the other side, voluntarily, so that doesn't count.

One of my favorite trades was with a local guy - my Cad Bane and a handful of extra VR/R for a handful of non-unique VR/R. I got a couple Storm Commandos, Dewback, Commando on Speeder, ACTC, Kaadu, Picador, maybe something else. Getting all those in one shot was pretty sweet. I'd say it was decidedly in my favor, but the other guy had picked up a friend's collection on the cheap and had plenty of extras, so we were both happy.
