Hi

I am trying to open the minimanager in my Windows XP netbook pc, it opens but I can not see anything.

Any ideas or suggestions.

Can you elaborate - what do you mean by "cannot see anything"?

The software runs "normally", but the manager window goes off screen. I tried minimizing and maximizing the manager window but did not work.

Oh, I get it now. Netbook = small screen.

I don't think there is much you can do about it other than to change to a (probably much) higher screen resolution while using the program, if that is even possible. It is old, and just wasn't designed with netbooks in mind.
