How do you end a game in a tourney Options

If the time is up in a game do you finish the round that you are in- or the person that has met the victory conditions (most points as time has expired) wins the match?

When time is called, you finish the current round. You always compare victory points at the end of a round, victory doesn't happen in the middle of a round.
