What force powers can you use 2x in a row Options

Where in the rules does it say that you cannot use duplicate force powers in a row? For instance master speed twice, or use the force on a flurry att.

It doesn't. What it says is that you cannot have more than one instance of a force power, ability, or commander effect affecting a character at a time as it is a violation of stacking rules.

You can't use Master Speed twice for 12 movement because it doesn't stack with itself. A character is either using Master Speed or they aren't, there's not a factor of multiplicity.

You can use Use the Force on an attack generated on a Flurry Attack created by Use the Force as the Flurry Attack is a completely different attack and is not considered stacking. What you can't do is use Use the Force twice on the same attack.
