I was thinking today that it would be really fun to have a death troopers scenario. I don't know how it would run though, you would have to use regular trooper peices and just give them different stats and behaviors. It would be the troopers vs Han, Chewie and a few others.
Has anyone come across any scenario like this before?
If you haven't read the book Death Troopers you should check it out. (Zombie Stormtroopers)

It would have say that the scenario would be something along the lines of each trooper within 6 gains +1 attack starting at a base of 3. The more troopers, the more the quorum sensing takes over. That being said, I would probably allot a die roll to indicate whether or not the trooper is actually "dead" vs just knocked down when hit.
As for the book... the fact that Chewie and Han were in it were actually the worst part of the book. Had the book just been the new people involved, it wouldn't have had the air of "We know these two make it..." syndrome. But, that's not germane to the the original discussion, just my humble opinion of the book.

I get what you're saying, but I thought it was cool when they showed up because it was done in a good way, since they weren't there from the beginning and we got to see them in a situation they didn't know how to deal with. I recall han was actually pretty scared at some points.

I liked the book. Thought it was a good read. The Han and Chewie part was fine with me. The only thing was you knew nothing was going to happen to them. So to me I would rather he had made up two different characters instead of using Han and Chewie. Using them didn't take away from the story though. Red Harvest was a good read as well. At least in this book every character was fair game. My son and I are huge fans of the Zombie mini games in the Call of Duty series. We also like the AMC series The Walking Dead. I have a few idea's for Zombie scenarios that I'm currently working on. I had thought of making one styled around the Call of Duty Zombies. One where the Zombies come at you in waves and each wave add more Zombies. Having this go for as long as the characters survive. I figured on added weapons lockers around the map. Give the characters certain Special Abilities. Also I have an idea for a series of scenarios. Making a kind of Zombie adventure. Using either the Red Harvest backdrop or the Death Trooper backdrop. In both of these I'm working on some custom Zombie characters. Also if you do a search for Zombie or Death Trooper in the Recent Custom Characters page here you will find several customs people have already made here.

Also something I forgot to add above. As far as having actual Zombie mini's in game, one of my local game stores sells generic Zombies. They are 35mm scale which is pretty close to SWMinis. They come in boxes of 20 to 30 for $20. I'm thinking of grabbing at least 2 boxes. They just need to be assembled and painted. I'm thinking of choosing several of our SWMini's and using the same paint schemes for the Zombie characters.
