Can you spend a force point to re-roll a failed save against a character with force immunity? Trying to save for Djem So isn't an attack so it should be ok to spend a FP for a re-roll, yes?

No. You cannot reroll a save in response to a save that is from a character with Force Immunity or a special ability that is in response to a character with Force Immunity.
