Sith Weapon. Replaces turn: adjacent allies with Melee Attack and without a lightsaber get +10 damage untill the end of the skirmish.
OK - So does the Sith Alchemist give all adjacent allies Sith Weapon, and then they move away still retaining +10 damage, or does the Alchemist need to be adjacent when these aliies make an attack?

They don't need to stay adjacent to keep the +10 Dam.
