Shinja would have to install and enable it. I don't see this site's forum software in the "supported" list. While there is an API for developers to integrate it with other forum software, I honestly don't see him having the time to deal with it, especially with an existing list of fixes/feature requests pending. Whether or not making Bloo more mobile-friendly is among the items on his to-do list, I don't know.
I'm not speaking for him, just giving my assessment from communications I've had with him.
