Ok so characters inside a Ysalimiri bubble gain Force Immunity. If a non-melee character within the bubble shoots at an enemy outside of the bubble that attack is coming from a Force Immune character meaning the enemy cannot spend Force Points to respond to those attacks (no Lightsaber Reflect for Mace LotLS). What about GOWK's SSM? Obviously he still gets his save as SSM isn't a Force Power but on a failed save he can't burn a FP to re-roll, correct?

Or maybe I'm mistaken about this entire concept.....

you are correct on both cases. Because the attacker has force immunity the characters cannot spend points respond to his attacks.
