I'm starting to lose track of all the different numbers on can roll reserves on.

1 for Seps (San Hill, 10 pts)
6 for Imps (Ozzel, 11 pts)
11 for Fringe (Lobot CLO (others too of course), 15 pts)
20 for Republic (Mon Mothma, 23 points)

Plus,
5, 10, 15 (and 20) on Kazdan and others
2, 7, 12, 17 for Vader, Agent of Evil.

That is 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 15, 17, and 20.

Which numbers am I missing, if any?

If you factor in tactician -4/+4/+8 then theoretically:
-4 gives you (in addition to what you have):
1, 9, 14, 19

+4:
3, 13, 16

+8:
9, 12

Total of
1235679101112131415161720

That would be hard to swing those tacticians but still,
Only 4, 8, 18, and 19 are immune

Wow, Reserves can get very confusing with Seps!

If you have San Hill, any one of the legal characters w/ Fringe Reserves 20 or 30 (or both) and either Wat Tambor, Techno Union Foreman and/or Count Dooku, Separatist Leader in your squad you are going to get Reserves on a 1, 5, 10, 11, 15, or 20. If Viceroy Nute Gunray is in your squad as well then those numbers change to 1, 9, 14, 15, and 19. If you have a T-Series Tactical Droid (plus no VNG) its. 1, 6, 7, 11, and 16.

At least I think I have that right, lol!

Whats the most number of reserve numbers you can get on one legal squad? Without duplicates... so, i'm not talking about having multiple triggers on a roll of a 20.

Figuring out percentages would be impossible i think... way to many forms of init reroll.

Actually it would be 1,5,9,14,15,19 because each is -4 you essentially swap the 20 out for two chances of 1, either 1 or 5-4=1. So epic! And quite a bit of fun to field
