Hey everyone. I started toying around with this Friday night and I think I have it pretty close to where I want it. Feedback greatly appreciated.

I was trying to come up with a squad that could deal with a GOWK/Mace squad as well as a Bastila squad and I think this might have a chance. The general idea is to start w/ accurate and super stealth and then drop what you don't need (veers or nyna) to add another Commando (or something else to help a specific matchup).

Jerec's bag of tricks can be very useful not to mention that w/ Duelist and LS Block he should be able to stand up to an opposing melee beat and not die immediately.

I could probably drop one more Commando initially so I can add on Ozzel and/or more activations and tech. I would probably have to choose between accurate or ss though and lose the option to keep both.

Keep the commandos, and drop one to two uggies for brutes. You'll need the swap fodder. Not having Override will hurt you, though.

I dont really understand how this gets close to bastilla. It seems 75% CE driven, if not more...

Ah. Forgot about that. IMHO, you should swap that 4 point Gran for another Brute, and then take old Grand Admiral Thrawn. That way, if you run into Bastilla, you can have double bubble and if you don't you can take opportunist Thrawn. Just a suggestion.
Also, I've never liked the idea of Nyna + Weir, it always seemed kinda silly to pay for shields 2 and then go take super stealth - one or the other tends to be enough, and shields 2 can't be force sense'd. So I'd have Nyna swapped for something a little more useful!
On a third note, the more I look at Jerec the sexier he gets.
All in all, your squad looks good.

I think GAThrawn costs 37 though so I would need to drop 2 figs to add him in. Ultimately I wanted to stick with this Thrawn so the Commandos can keep a +10 attack/30 damage (w/ deadeye) for all attacks, not just when they get cunning.
As for Nyna, yes that's probably the person I'm going to drop most often but if I'm facing accurate shooters she could be worth her weight in gold.

I just dont see how you have enough damage vs a well build republic with or without GOWK.
Your attack is so low with the commandos I dont see how you can hit anything. Its pretty much the old SC with weir.

I think Tim's version with the scout bike built is better than this since he can swap the bike.

I might just go with arica + SC as the squad odds are it would give you enough acts for ozzel and old thrawn straight up.

than lets add in the Mandos cloak, Lancer, Yodabuck, Sith with the right build Yes I believe sith can take this down, Rebels/NR are your worst match up. I dont see how it would do will vs Arica and crew if they win map.

So it might do ok vs GOWK if it can hit and vs BSJM vs the right build but I am just not seeing it.
Yes i have been gone from the game for close to 2-3 years outside of playing in a few regional events so I could be just wrong.

What about going with Palpy in chair and swapping him out for Jerc,Arica,Weir so on. It gives you a attacker any where on your side.

Thanks jonny! All good stuff to consider. I've been playing for just over a year now and am still learning a ton about the game. The Kryptonite group is outstanding but its not always geared towards the SWM meta and so I don't have a ton of experience playing against tournament ready squads.

Yeah I want to have a few tournaments before regionals.

I am really going to try and make it out this weekend but every time I try to come out something comes up.
