I like the idea a lot. Double Mines is just mean and double Evazan is downright scary.
I wonder how well Panaka would work though instead of Foul. Especially if you double Mine, then swap out for GOWK. The problem then of course comes in fitting Mas or Mice into the squad.
Overall I really like the idea though. Especially with GOWK to protect the Defilers.

I'm pretty sure Mines don't stack, so you'd need 2 legal targets to be able to mine twice on a turn.

I'm pretty sure you are right, but it is just the thought of double mines that is so satisfying! And in a few cases it can be pulled off. Sorry, I meant double mines in a turn not necessarily against the same target.
