If you buy a 60 piece set case(example, Kotor) is there a specific amount to what you'll get?
Cause I know with 40 it's 4 VR, all rares, 2 of each UC, and 4 of each C.
Also what's the best place to buy cases?

You still get 4 VRs and 8 Rs. Since it was on average 16 C & U in a 60 piece set, you get 3 of each C and 2 or 1 of each U on average.
